Overview of QJY Reducer
The QJY Reducer is a hard-tooth surface gearbox, featuring a carburized and quenched tooth surface. Designed specifically for cranes, it plays a vital role in various crane mechanisms. Furthermore, it is well-suited for other types of machinery, such as transportation systems, metallurgy equipment, mining operations, chemical processing units, and light industrial tools, where reliable power transmission is crucial.
Features
- Materials:
Engineers utilize high-quality, low-carbon alloy steel to craft the gears. After carburizing and quenching, these gears achieve a remarkable accuracy grade of 6. - Performance:
The gearbox delivers several advantages, including high precision, exceptional efficiency, smooth transmission, and reduced noise levels. Compared to the QJ series tempered gearbox, it surpasses its predecessor with a more compact size, lighter weight, higher load capacity, and enhanced reliability. - Structure:
The design incorporates a welded housing, providing robustness and durability. Additionally, the structure supports both three-point mounting and base mounting options, ensuring flexibility. - Output Shaft Types:
The QJY Reducer offers four output shaft configurations: flat key, involute spline, gear shaft end, and hollow shaft, catering to diverse application needs. - Lubrication and Cooling:
For lubrication, manufacturers typically use an oil sump system paired with natural cooling. However, for vertical gearboxes, they adopt a circulating oil lubrication system. Additionally, the reducer employs rolling bearings to enhance performance.
Operating Conditions
- Input Speed:
The gearbox operates effectively at input speeds below 1500 r/min. - Temperature Range:
With a wide operational range, it functions reliably in temperatures between -40°C and +50°C. - Directional Operation:
Its ability to perform bi-directional operation increases adaptability across various crane gearbox types. - Mounting Options:
The QJY Reducer provides multiple assembly configurations, offering versatile solutions for a variety of applications.
